Dan's Froyo ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit dansfroyo.ph or inquire about our frozen yogurt cart services, how we use it, and the choices you have. When you fill out our proposal request or feedback form, we ask for:

  • Any other information you include in your message

Our forms are hosted by Tally, a third-party form provider. Submissions are stored on Tally's servers and forwarded to us by email.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, the following may be collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies:

  • Device and browser information (e.g., browser type, operating system, screen size)
  • IP address and approximate location
  • Pages viewed, referring page, time on site, and interactions

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiries and prepare event proposals
  • To coordinate bookings and deliver our cart service

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-party services

  • Tally — hosts our proposal and feedback forms.
  • Google Analytics — measures site traffic and usage.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures ad performance and may be used for retargeting on Facebook and Instagram.
  • TikTok Pixel — measures ad performance and may be used for retargeting on TikTok.
  • Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy that governs how they handle your data.

We use reasonable organizational, physical, and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

9. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults arranging events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
